Hot Yoga

Hot Yoga is focused on the repetition of 26 poses, beginning and ending with 2 specific pranayama, or breathing, practices, put in a specific order and done in a room that is between 80-105 degrees. The order of these poses is designed to systematically move fresh, oxygenated blood to all the body's organs and fibers, restoring all systems to their healthiest working order. This, in turn, brings about a healthy body weight, improved muscle tone and an over-all healthy, detoxified body. It can be practiced by beginners to advanced yoga practitioners and modifications are given for those that need them.

For class, bring a bottle of water and a large bath size towel. Do not eat anything heavy for 2 hours before class, dress lightly and come ready to sweat!
