WOW classes are designed exclusively for women by women, to promote strength and conditioning in a natural and custom made program. We work to provide our students with challenging weight based exercises that help build muscle strength, flexibility and endurance without adding excess bulk. By focusing on 'sleek strength', we are able to help women of all ages craft the body they want through this females only program.
